Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in the Data Center.
Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
Troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal SLA.
Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work.
Utilize internal CMMS to manage building workflows.
Coordinate change management resources.
Manage and Deliver large to Mid-size projects.
Provide weekly reports to the data center cluster manager & Client.
Manage a diverse team of data technicians, Systems Administrators, Database Administrators, Architects with varying skills to manage a Data Center Operations.
Recruit and train data technicians to ensure appropriate staffing levels
Maintain the on-call schedule coordinating absence and vacations
